DIY Ugly old Avon Christmas decorations to Pretty again

I'm decorating for Christmas and notice that some of my things are looking ugly


I did try to clean them, but nothing worked :-(

Fun... :-)



Got some paint, glue, snow glitter, and shaved ice-White.
 


I will add another picture of my Snow family in a few days. So proud of self :-)
