Homemade flour tortilla. Quesadilla with enchilada sauce.

                      I made homemade flour tortillas today 

Divided the dough into balls

   I will add the easy recipe below

           It was fast and easy.  

    Rolled them out with flour

 

They feel warm and soft

 Heavy skillet over high heat

                 

  Flip the tortilla and let the other side cook a few minutes

Add your cheese of choice and enchilada sauce

  It's ready and so good.
